Transcript Request
Official Transcript Requests
Official Transcript Requests for Current Seniors: In most cases, colleges and universities accept only official transcripts sent directly from Ridgeline High School. An official transcript requires a level of formality designed to authenticate the accuracy and integrity of your academic record. If you are applying to a college/university via the Common Application, the counselor you identify in the application will submit your official transcript for you via the Common Application portal. If you are not applying via the Common Application and need an official transcript sent to the school you are applying to, please use the Online Transcript Request Form to submit a request.
Official Transcript Requests for Former Students/Graduates: Please use the Online Transcript Request Form
Unofficial Transcript Requests
Occasionally, there are instances in which you might need an unofficial transcript, which is a transcript that requires less formality. These typically include things like the following:
- demonstrating a specific GPA for insurance rate breaks,
 - an academic record you can use to reproduce your class list on an admission application,
 - or to submit with a scholarship application.

In instances like these when you do not need an official transcript, you can speak to your grade level counselor to acquire an unofficial transcript.
