Falcons Girls Basketball Mission

Our mission as a staff at Ridgeline High School is to help develop committed and skilled athletes on the court, while also producing outstanding and respectful individuals on and off the court. We will play with pride, passion, and sportsmanship at all times. Our mission is to work hard as a team on the court and even harder to support our community off the court.

Our Coaching Promise

We will give every student-athlete an opportunity to earn their wings here at Ridgeline High School. We will provide skilled instruction, provide positive support, and provide every student-athlete the opportunity to fit the Ridgeline Falcons Basketball team needs. We ask that every student-athlete work hard, be honest, be accountable, be responsible, and be respectful. We will play fast, we will emphasize tough defense, and we will display sportsmanship at all times regardless of our outcome. This is a cut sport, but we do want everyone to know that they will be given an equal opportunity to make a team.
