Grades 9-12 Camp Registration Opens May 1st...use directions below:
Please register at: https://cvsd-wa.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts in the link below to create your account in Final Forms.
All athletes wanting to participate in any sports during the school year must complete the online registration and provide a current physical prior to participating.
ASB Card is required to participate in all sports - $35 (non refundable)
Fees for each sport: $60 Participation, $10 Uniform (non refundable after first game/competition)
**Fees will be posted on the InTouch online payment portal the Monday after the first week of practice.
If you qualify for free or reduced lunch please complete all paperwork through the district nutrition services department (509-558-5417).

Winter 2023-24 Sports - Registration opens on Oct 30, 2023
Spring 2023-24 Sports - Registration opens on Jan 29, 2024
